Verificar variedad “Umbellifera”

PINZADO: El carpe tiene tendencia a retirar savia. Por ello, en vez de utilizar un pinzado frecuente, podaremos de la zona en que tengamos nuestras ramas.
En la parte más alta, dejaremos solo dos o tres hojas.
En la zona media, cortaremos dejando solo tres o cuatro hojas, y
En la parte baja o en las ramas más débiles, dejaremos cuatro o cinco hojas de cada seis o siete.
Tendremos mucho cuidado en cortar por encima de la última hoja para evitar que la retirada de savia afecte al último brote.

Por lógica estos pinzados aumentan la frondosidad, y para evitar que esté muy tupido nuestro árbol empleamos la siguiente técnica llamada, aclareo.

El aclareo se emplea para evitar que las ramas internas se nos sequen por falta de luz solar, además con esta técnica evitamos que el bonasí efectúe un trabajo innecesario para defoliarse o eliminar las ramas afectadas por déficit de luz.

Se pinza durante todo el periodo de crecimiento desde abril hasta agosto, las fechas varían según la especie o el clima, se empieza a pinzar cuando las ramas ya tienen cierto tamaño entre 7 u 8 hojas. El motivo es que las hojas que se van a dejar estén maduras y que ya puedan realizar el trabajo de la fotosíntesis.

Pinzar demasiado pronto puede debilitar el árbol porque es un estímulo para su crecimiento y al pinzar el árbol, este tiene que seguir brotando y creciendo y un árbol débil no resistiría ese constante crecimiento.

El pinzado se repite cada vez que haga falta durante el periodo desde abril hasta junio o agosto.

Tener en cuenta que SÓLO se pinzaran aquellos árboles que estén sanos y vigorosos, y que hayan sido bien abonados en el año anterior.

En general se hará de forma equilibrada por zonas: por ejemplo en la parte de arriba la más vigorosa se dejarán una o dos hojas, en la zona intermedia de vigor del árbol se dejaran dos o tres hojas y en la parte baja dejaremos unas cuatro hojas.

Desde mitad de julio y agosto los árboles duermen, cuando llega la temperatura a 33º dejan de crecer por ello no se pinza durante el verano.
