Roots rotten and watering was too much. Cut roots to get deeper into the pot. Put a small pumice drainage on the bottom. Water less.

Roots in terrible state. Compost was killing roots, most of them dead. Big risk. Did not prune since there is no vigour. New substrate is kanuma with sphagnum moss. And azalea mikhorizza. Long road ahead until roots come back. Now three weeks in shade and water when top is dry. Then fertilize with ericaceous fertilizer. Will have to prune to two branches or stubs to restart. Maybe this will not be a bonsai.
