Most probably dead. Fungus and insects taking over. Planted in the forest.
Mistakes too strong pruning and repotting too late. Too sunny for a stump on the balcony.

Emergency repotting. Tree was in miserable soil with parasites and clay. I cut just a bit of roots on the button and sides. Enough roots to survive. Soil mix lava rock onnthe bottom, then pumice and on top pumice with kanuma. Mikhoriza andermat und sauer boden. The tree was extremely pot bound with nowhere to grow. And suffocating clay in the middle. Little root work done. The tree will have to come back to put it into a wood box next year. Nice root flair.

Took it out of the bag. Very bad terminal state. Upper three trunks are dead. Watered it put it into partial shade and lets pray. Lower trunk still green bark.

Cupromag in the bag. Tratei debaixo da plastilina, parece que esta vivo. Mas arvore muito fraca, nao consegue brotar.

Black bag trick. Keep for 2-3 weeks in a black bag. Moisture with spray daily. Roots on the dry side. Open slowly, hole on top light comes in fro the top, to encourage shoots in the top. Move to shade and introduce to sun slowly. Might change to transparent bag. Mauro leaves rootless trees for 2 to 3 months in it.

Schilliger Matran. Hard pruning from 2.5 m to 25cm. Was full of samaras and red leaves. Beautiful rounded leaves. Price was someting around 260 chf at 50% since the shop would close in the end of January 2025. Trunk diametre at the base is 8.8 cm. The tree bled for a long time due to the scars.
